The invention relates to biological and bioorganic chemistry, in particular, to methods for producing means for indicating cholesterol. The goal is to obtain a means for visual indication of cholesterol on the surface of the skin. Example 1.10 mg of horseradish peroxidase is dissolved in 1 ml of acetate buffer with a pH of 4.8. 1.5 mg of meta-p-toluenesulfonate-M-cyclohexyl-N-2-morpholinyl (4) -ethyl-carbodiimide is added. The solution is incubated for 4 hours at 4 ° C. 3 mg of nystatin is added. The resulting mixture is incubated for 12 hours at 4 ° C. Example 2. 1 mg of cholesterol oxidase is dissolved in 2 ml of acetate buffer with a pH of 4.8 and 3 mg of meta-p-toluenesulfonate-M-cyclohexyl-M - {2-morpholinyl (4) -ethyl} -carbodiimide is added. The solution is incubated for 6 hours at 4 ° C and 1 mg of alkaline phosphatase is added. The resulting mixture was incubated for 24 hours at 4 ° C.
